Why We Built This Site

Indiana makes many non-confidential court entries available, yet it does not offer one public statewide criminal-warrant roster. Rush County also has no official Sheriff list located in the research. Rush Circuit or Superior Court issues the process and controls recall, the Clerk maintains the docket, and the Sheriff handles county service and custody questions. We organize those distinct routes so a reader does not mistake a MyCase result for final confirmation or search for a municipal court that does not exist here.
